If you changed the text, add “Adapted by [your organisation]”.
Using the name
You may say that your records are issued, held or verified “following the Digital Learning Passport framework”. Please do not present an adapted version as the original, and do not describe a product or service as endorsed, certified or approved by the Digital Learning Passport unless that has been agreed in writing.
The standards it builds on
The W3C Verifiable Credentials Data Model, Open Badges and the Comprehensive Learner Record are published by W3C and 1EdTech under their own terms. This licence covers the framework text only and grants no rights in those standards.
Reference implementation
The reference implementation will be released as open source under an OSI-approved licence, named in its repository.
